Kevin’s vision of a competitive traveling soccer club has since grown to include the cities of Buffalo and Rockford, as well as many other surrounding communities. Wright County Soccer Club now fields over 20 competitive teams. Most players are home grown and come from the Buffalo, Delano and Rockford school districts, but Wright County Soccer also draws players from as far as Monticello, St Michael, Maple Grove, Orono and Watertown.
The focus of Wright County Soccer has always been to provide a quality competitive option for soccer players in the Wright County area. Our focus is on fundamentals and developing complete players. Wright County Soccer has a year round schedule of training and competitive opportunities, from camps, to winter training, to league play - catering to all levels of commitment.
In 2017, Wright County Soccer merged with Buffalo Soccer Club to add a recreational soccer element to the club. Starting in the summer of 2017, WCS will provide both competitive (travel) soccer and recreational soccer for it's members.
